The water is TERRIBLE and feels soapy all the time, 'hard water'? Half the direct tv channels are blocked but it is what it is. The grounds at this place are nice and the room was fairly clean, less the long hairs I saw stuck to the bottom of the toilet bowl while in the bathtub.
The manager said I should of 'called downstairs' but the 'manager' should already have trained her housekeepers not to be idiots! This is WHY I DO NOT tip the housekeepers but 30% to everyone else! The first morning I was actually disturbed at about 1pm when a housekeeper knocked on the door. Anyway, everything was ok/acceptable for the most part except housekeeping CONSTANTLY lets the doors SLAM! After being in the casino until past midnight, it is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep in this place in the morning. I liked the King room I had the last time, better but the room this time was still ok but no microwave. I got a room on the second floor with two queen beds this time because a friend was supposed to fly in from Tampa. Hotels near North Central Texas College.
